"Creekside” is a very special piece that was woven next to a wood-burning stove at a rustic cabin in the woods during a family trip to Virgina.  It is a whimsical, enchating, texture-rich woven wall hanging that is sure to be a feature piece in any space. I've used a variety of shades and textures of luxury fibers in this piece to add dimension and give it a truly magical look. It features many unique hand-spun art yarns, hand-dyed merino wool, chiffon and sari silk ribbon and cotton string with embellishemnts of sequins and quartz beads. It is hung from a unique piece of driftwood I collected near the creek that ran alongside the cabin.
